Braintree Town vs Maidstone United - National League South

Fittingly for Cheltenham Week it is now neck-and-neck in the National League South thanks to a tumultuous Tuesday night.

As leaders Dorking threw away a 2-0 lead to lose at Eastbourne, Maidstone kept their end of the bargain by beating Dulwich Hamlet.

But this weekend they travel to one of the toughest teams around right now. The once-bottom Iron have steel lately.

Braintree have won five from eight and in midweek they stunned Ebbsfleet. The Stones are top of the ten-game form guide but have lost their last two on the road.

Brackley Town vs Kidderminster Harriers - National League North

This could be a huge day in the title race and we’re about to see what the two main challengers are made of.

Brackley, behind by three points but with a game in hand, host a Kidderminster Harriers side who are still third but have gone off the boil.

Table-toppers Gateshead also face a challenging afternoon - they go to Boston United.

Brackley and Gateshead’s form is identical. Both have won five from six and drawn the other.

At home, the Saints are strong and have won seven of the last eight at St James Park.

Kiddy have taken seven points from six games and it’s a big ask for them to cling on to the top two’s coattails.

Have Harriers got the legs to kick themselves back into the title race? They made the long trip to Spennymoor on Tuesday, while Brackley had their feet up.

It’s sure to be another eye-opening weekend!
