In September 2023, the National League Board of Directors agreed to allow the National League to publish a list of Clubs under registration embargoes on the League website.

Clubs subject to registration embargoes will be named below, along with the reason the Club has been placed under embargo.

23 February 2024 - Farsley Celtic FC - Non-compliance with League Financial Regulations.

15 March 2024 - Torquay United FC - Insolvency Event
