• 8 September 2023 - Farsley Celtic FC were charged for 3 breaches under Rule 14.7. The Club admitted the charge and the sanction was a standard fine of £100 per breach, totalling £300.

• 1 November 2023 – Maidenhead United were charged for 1 breach under Rule 8.21. The Club admitted the charge and the sanction was a standard fine of £100 per breach.

• 10 November 2023 – Scunthorpe United were charged for 1 breach under Appendix D Rule 3.1. The Club admitted the charge and the sanction was an immediate embargo and a standard fine of £250 per breach for a first offence.

• 10 November 2023 – Peterborough Sports were charged for 1 breach under Appendix D Rule 3.1. The Club admitted the charge and the sanction was an immediate embargo and a standard fine of £250 per breach for a first offence.
