It’s Not Over Yet! More Title Twists On A Thrilling Day

There was yet another title twist as Notts County put on a show in the second BT Sport game - after Wrexham dropped points in the first.

The Magpies were inspired by Sam Austin’s second half double as they still refuse to let the championship go.

Notts were very impressive as they beat Woking 3-0 - but they know it’s not in their hands.

The first live game provided no goals but there were plenty of talking points.

Leaders Wrexham and Barnet drew 0-0 with a red card for Callum McFadzean after 51 minutes.

“We’re not unhappy with the point but it’s now a big game on Tuesday against Yeovil,” Dragons manager Phil Parkinson said.

Chesterfield’s incredible turn around at home to Eastleigh enhanced their top three chances as the Cards came unstuck - and that was a blow to the Spitfires play-off hopes.

A Ryan Colclough double and a late Andrew Dallas winner was just what Paul Cook needed.

Bromley move into the top seven after a stunning 3-0 win at Gateshead, Louis Dennis made it safe.

AFC Fylde grabbed a big win at Boston United - Luke Charman’s notched an early winner.

Scott Boden stuck late for Buxton at Scarborough Athletic.

Glen Taylor’s incredible four goals eased Spennymoor to victory against Kettering.

Theo Robinson put the seal on managerless Brackley’s 3-0 win over Darlington as Chester battled back to claim a 2-2 draw with Bradford PA.

In the National League South, Oxford City showed they could be the ones to watch in the play-offs.

They won 5-1 at Dover - Zak McEachran scoring once again.

Chelmsford City will argue they are too, and eased to a 5-1 win themselves. Two goals from Tom Blackwell made it a sad day for doomed Hungerford Town.

Champions Ebbsfleet defeated Cheshunt 3-0 while the big play-off battle saw Worthing beat Braintree Town 2-1.

Eastbourne Borough are lurking and a 3-0 win over Hemel Hempstead Town has the Sports in the hunt.

Elsewhere there were big wins for Dulwich Hamlet, St Albans, Dartford, Bath City, Hampton and Slough Town.
