Assistant Boss Leaves Imps

By Steve Whitney

Lincoln City have confirmed that assistant-manager Grant Brown has left the Vanarama National League club.

Brown has a long association with the club and has the honour of being the all-time record appearance holder from his playing days. He returned to Sincil Bank as part of the back room team in the summer of 2005 and since then had a number of roles within both the youth and first-team set ups.

His employment comes to an end following a restructure at the club.

Also departing the club due to the restructure is therapist Kev Oxby. We would also like to wish him every success for the future and thank him for his efforts whilst at the Club.

Joining the Club, meanwhile, is Mike Hine who will work as the physiotherapist and oversee the Club's sports science work. Mike was with Danny and Nicky Cowley during their time at Concord Rangers and has also worked with Southend United and Stevenage.
