It was another intense day at both ends as Chesterfield moved to within three wins of the National League title.

They eased past AFC Fylde 4-1 - Armando Dobra, Will Grigg, Ash Palmer and a rare Mike Jones goal doing the damage.

It was a huge day at the wrong end as Woking left it very late for a third game in a row to set their season alight.

They left Altrincham 1-0 winners, Ricky Korboa again on target to give the Cards a huge lift. Strugglers Kidderminster and York City won’t be happy with a point as they drew 0-0.

Maidenhead United kept Dorking Wanderers in big trouble - a 4-2 win saw Reece Smith on the scoresheet again.

Rochdale aren’t yet safe, they drew 2-2 against Oxford City, and needed a Sam Mather goal to take a point off the bottom side.

Aldershot Town are having a great season and cemented their play-off place with a 2-0 win over Oldham. Tyler Frost and James Daly with the goals.

Luke Summerfield’s penalty keeps FC Halifax Town in the hunt - and Boreham Wood looking worryingly over their shoulders.

Danny Waldron earned Southend United a point in the live TNS Sports game, levelling up after Josh Hill put Dagenham ahead inside a quarter of an hour.

In the FA Trophy, Bromley, Solihull Moors and Gateshead all go through and they’ll be joined by Macclesfield in the final four. The draw is coming on Monday.

The countdown is on for Tamworth after their excellent 1-0 win over Scarborough Athletic. Jordan Cullinane-Liburd hit the winner.

Scunthorpe United showed signs of life as Rhys blitzed Bishop’s Stortford 5-0. Danny Whitehall did most of the damage in the first half with three goals.

Darlington’s great run is over as they went down 2-1 at Spennymoor. King’s Lynn Town took full advantage with a 1-0 victory at Blyth Spartans.

Boston United blitzed Gloucester City 7-3. Jimmy Knowles and Kelsey Mooney both bagged hat-tricks.

Elsewhere there were great wins for Alfreton Town, Chorley, Buxton, Brackley Town and Southport.

Shocks were the order of the day in the National League South - Welling United did the double over Yeovil Town. Anthony Grant stunning the leaders again.

In one of the results of the season, Taunton Town ended their barren run with a 3-1 win at Worthing. Nathan Jarvis made it safe.

Shaun Jeffers helped St Albans City into the top seven as they won 2-1 at Maidstone United.

Malachi Linton scored both Weymouth’s goals in their 2-0 win at Aveley. Eastbourne threw themselves a lifeline by winning against Alan Dowson’s Hemel Hempstead Town.

Farnborough won 2-0 at Bath City as Torquay United turned on the style to thump Dartford 4-1.

Hampton & RB scored a last gasp winner at home again - Alexander Gibson-Hammond claimed all three points at against Chippenham as Weston beat Dover 1-0.

Slough Town took a valuable point home from Braintree as Mo Dabre levelled it up for Tonbridge and Havant & Waterlooville.
