Experienced Defender Moves To Bath

Experienced defender Kevin Amankwaah has joined Bath City from National League side Sutton United.

Amankwaah joined the U`s in September 2014 and went on to make 127 appearances and score 5 goals, featuring in the 2016 National League South championship and last season’s Emirates FA Cup run – he made his 100th appearance in the Second Round victory over Cheltenham.

He began his career with Bristol City, making over fifty appearances, before going on to appear for Yeovil Town, Swansea City, Swindon Town, Burton Albion, Rochdale, Exeter City and Northampton Town, playing over 200 games in all before finishing the 2013/14 season with Salisbury FC.

The paperwork was completed in time for him to be available for selection in tonight’s match against Oxford City,
