The 29-year-old striker becomes their fourth new signing of the summer, signing a two-year deal.
He told the club's website: "After speaking to Chris Beech and the gaffer (Adam Murray), it was made clear to me that this Club has a project and vision of where it wants to be, which was a massive tick for me.
"I know it’s a Club that is going places, and I wanted to be a part of that, but more importantly, help reach the Football League.
"I think in the last two years, especially last season, I found my long-awaited goalscoring form, which I’m now looking to build on in a Fylde shirt.
"I will set my own targets for the upcoming season, and I’ll do everything I can to achieve them whilst helping Fylde achieve its own objectives."
The striker arrives at Mill Farm after two successful seasons as King's Lynn Town during which he notched 31 goals in 79 games.
Only the Coasters talisman Nick Haughton and Glen Taylor ended last season with more Vanarama National League North goals than Omotayo.
He follows Kieran Glynn, Theo Richardson and Jon Ustabaşi in signing for the title winners.
Deals have also been agreed to keep Chris Neal and Nick Haughton at Mill Farm.
Don't forget the 2023/24 Vanarama National League season gets underway on Saturday 5 August - fixtures are out on Wednesday 5 July at 1pm.
