Another New Striker As Hooper Hops On Board At Wrexham

Goal-hungry Wrexham have signed their third striker of the close season so far.

Talented JJ Hooper will wear the club’s colours next season, the Red Dragons have confirmed.

Hooper was fantastic for Bromley last season and proved he knows where the net is in the National League.

The former Grimsby striker spent the second half of last season on loan at Hayes Lane, scoring 19 goals in 24 games

The 25-year-old signs a one-year deal at the Racecourse.

He is the third forward manager Bryan Hughes has signed this summer as they look to score more goals.

Salford City’s Devonte Redmond put pen to paper after rejecting the chance to stay at the EFL newcomers.

Wrexham also hope Leighton McIntosh could be the answer to their goalscoring issues after he signed from Airdrieonians last month.
