3UP | Join the movement, petition for change!

Football fans everywhere know that two-up just isn’t enough. Clubs in the National League have the support, the ambition, and the professionalism to compete – but every season, only two can make the leap into the EFL. It’s time for change.

93% of football fans support the change. The Football Supporters’ Association have officially given their backing to our movement. The Prime Minister even commended the campaign in Parliament this week!

It’s not just about words; it’s about action. Our supporters want to know how they can get involved, to make their voices heard, and to contribute to earning a third promotion place for the National League.

To help make it happen, we’ve created a Fan Toolkit – a handful of building blocks to allow you to show your support…

• ✍️ Sign and share the petition – the most important step. Add your name on Change.org and help show that fans stand together for fair promotion.
• 🖼️ Add a 3UP frame to your profile picture – fly the flag for change on social media.
• 💌 Write to your MP – it only takes a postcode to send a message that fans care about fairness.
• 📱 Download 3UP wallpapers – use them on your phone, lockscreen, or video calls to spread the word.

Every signature, every share, and every small action builds momentum - especially as we building up to our Day of Action and the 3.03pm kick-offs on Saturday 15 November. Together we can send a clear message:

Football should reward ambition… not limit it. Put football first.
