Waite Move for Harriers

Kidderminster Harriers have confirmed that striker Tyrell Waite has signed a contract with the Vanarama National League North club after a successful trial period.

Waite, 22, is a former Notts County hit man whose form for Ilkeston FC a few seasons ago caught the attention of the Football League side who swooped to take him to Meadow Lane.

While he only featured sparingly for County, he continued to catch the eye with loan spells at Nuneaton Town and Lincoln City.

Waite featured in Sweden last season for Skelleftea before returning to the UK, and has spent the entire pre-season campaign so far with Harriers, putting in some strong performances including against West Bromwich Albion at Aggborough when he won and converted the team’s penalty on the day.

He has signed a one-year deal with Harriers.
