Snow Causes Chaos As Matches Already Begin To Fall

By Sam Elliott

A number of matches have already fallen foul of the weather as Mother Nature gets her claws into Saturday’s schedule.

With just the National League clubs in action tomorrow, two games have already been postponed.

First came Wrexham’s long trip to Gateshead, which was called off at lunchtime.

Then earlier today, Chester’s home game with Hartlepool United failed a pitch inspection and a new date will have to be found.

There may have been no National League North or South games but two of our clubs were due to meet in the FA Trophy.

But Spennymoor’s game with Gainsborough Trinity has been called off and they will try again on Thursday January 4.

We will update the website and twitter with any more postponements as they happen.
