Robinson Hoping Break Helps White Tigers Roar Again

Truro City boss Leigh Robinson can’t wait for some quality time on the training ground as he looks to stop the rot.

The White Tigers have just one win to their name all season and sit second bottom on six points.

And with no game this weekend due to the FA Cup, the break has come at the right time for Robinson.

“It was the same old story we played well, missed chances and our lack of concentration cost us,” he told the club’s website.

“Individual mistakes are costing us at the moment; it’s extremely frustrating but there were positives to take out of the performance as well.

“We’ll go away and work hard over these next two weeks before our next game. We are showing a lot of good stuff, but there are also areas of our game that need attention as they are costing us.

“We’re due a change of luck at some point. By working hard, we can change our fortunes, but we need to start helping ourselves.”
