Garrard Adds Title Winner Marsh As He Looks For A Boost

Boreham Wood have announced the signing of a National League title winner.

Tyrone Marsh joins from Macclesfield town having won the top prize in the 2017/18 season.

A striker, Marsh becomes Luke Garrard's fourth new signing of the summer - joining Adam McDonnell, Kabongo Tshimanga and Piero Mingoia in penning deals at Meadow Park.

"I'm very excited to see what Tyrone can offer," Garrard told the club's website after confirming the 25-year-old's capture.

"We know him well from his time at Macclesfield helping them gain promotion out of this league.

"He has a great work ethic, great endeavour and will bring goals, discipline, hunger and a winning mentality to the forward line,£ Garrard added.

"He's working with a group of players that have an agenda and want to progress from last year."

Boreham Wood open their 2019/20 season with a trip to newly-promoted Torquay United.
