Four `Exotic` Recruits for Hawks

Pablo Asensio, manager of Vanarama National League South club Whitehawk, has added four more new faces to his squad ahead of the 2016/17 season.

Asensio has signed Argentinian defensive midfielder Javier Favarel.

Twenty-four-year-old Favarel (pictured) started his career at Argentinian First Division side Estudiantes and had a brief spell on loan at Uruguayan Primera Division side Sud America - a move made permanent in 2012.

Until recently, he featured for Deportivo Maldonado before joining The Hawks.

The second signing is of 22-year-old Brazilian attacking midfielder Jose Mauricio Guzzi.

As a youngster, Guzzi trained at Brazilian Serie A side Figueirense FC before a spell at Portuguese giants FC Porto.

He then moved back to Brazil and featured for Gremio Osasco, before joining The Hawks following a spell in Albania with KF Terbuni.

Third Signing of the day is also a Brazilian, this time by the name of Marcos Ribeiro.

The 21-year-old has previously featured for Chapecoense and EC Sao Luiz, both in Brazil.

Signing number four is Spanish centre-back Ramon Marimon.

Twenty-year-old Marimon started his career with La Liga side Espanyol before moving onto Spanish third tier side Terrassa FC before joining The Hawks from AEC Manlleu, who are based in Catalonia.
