Five-Figure Sum Goes Missing at Dover

Chairman Jim Parmenter (pictured) said: “This is heart breaking for everyone involved at the club, we’ve all worked so hard to bring this club back from the brink and put it on a stable footing. To have a staff member in a trusted position do this to our club is devastating.

"Whilst these events will not put the club in any form of financial difficulty, it is a significant sum of money and will bound to have an impact."

This is now the subject of a police investigation and therefore the club are unable to comment further at this time.
