Billericay Fans On Standby After Tamplin Tweet Tease

Fans of Billericay Town could be on the edge of their seats after reading owner Glenn Tamplin's recent tweet.
With just over three weeks to go until the new season kicks off, things have been unusually quiet around the AGP Arena.
But judging by a tweet Tamplin sent to his 22,100 Twitter followers, that could all be about to change.
"Billericay fans get your money on us winning the league at 10/1," he wrote.
"Just finalizing 2 major signings. If they come off this will be the one of the best squads in Billericay Town history.."
Harry Wheeler's men get their 2019/20 National League South season underway against Eastbourne Borough on August 3.
