Chorley Staying At Hayes Lane

By Steve Whitney

Manager Neil Smith confirmed following the pre-season friendly win at Leatherhead that experienced defender Ben Chorley would be staying with Bromley.

Chorley originally joined the club back in August of 2015 on a free transfer following his release from Portsmouth in the summer where he spent the past eighteen months - a year of which was as captain.

Smith said: “Ben is on board and has done extremely well. We do have a young side at the moment and he brings that experience on and off the pitch. He’ll also come in and help coaching with our academy.”
