Johnson Applauds Game Management By Salford

Salford City joint-boss Anthony Johnson says the way the side got the job done is what matters.

This was after a 2-0 win at Nuneaton Town that sees the Ammies remain top of the table, writes Tom Feaheny.

"It felt comfortable, we managed the game brilliantly, second-half we did well," Johnson told the club's website.

"There were four or five moments of quality, we scored from two of them, with the build-up play as well.

"At this stage of the season, it is always about the win, we are looking strong and to make it ten unbeaten is what matters."

Johnson says the whole team look forward to the last games.

"There are 300 minutes maximum to the end of the season, each moment will mean something."
