Darts Striker Alfie Paves The Way For Full-Time Move

National League South Player of the Year Alfie Pavey’s future could be away from Dartford.

The club have announced that their 23-goal top scorer may be on the move.

The player’s agent has told the club he is keen to play at a higher level next season and has yet to sign a new contract.

Interest in Pavey is sure to be high after the former Millwall striker’s performances as the Darts can so close to promotion.

“The new management team would like to provide an update on Alfie Pavey,” the Kent club announced.

“On getting appointed Adam and Jamie made immediate contact with Alfie’s agent who advised them he was seeking to play at a higher level which we have always known is Alfie’s desire to do.

“Alfie is on our retained list however is free to speak to other clubs, and if he is to leave, because he is under 24 other clubs will need to negotiate with Dartford FC regarding compensation.”
