Culverhouse Has A New Home As Terras Molesley Moves On

By Sam Elliott

One club have started their search for a new manager today - as another ended theirs.

Ian Culverhouse is back in work after agreeing to become St Albans City’s new manager.

The National League North Promotion Final winner left Boston United at the end of October but hasn’t taken long to find another club.

The Saints, who parted with David Nobel last week, are struggling at the foot of the National League South.

St Albans legend Paul Bostock joins too and chairman Lawrence Levy said: “Ian and Paul have an impressive track record and importantly have experience of helping clubs to maintain their status at this level as well as drive on to achieve the success we desire this club desires including its aim to gain promotion to the National League.”

Their relegation rivals Weymouth are starting their hunt after Mark Molesley’s return had a sour ending.

He leaves after a 4-1 home defeat to Truro City on Monday and goalkeeping coach Jason Matthews will take interim charge.

A Terras statement read: "The Weymouth Football Club board of directors wishes to inform supporters that, after a meeting last night, it has been decided to part ways with Mark Molesley with immediate effect.

"Unfortunately, results have not met our expectations. "We thank Mark for his efforts and wish him every success in the future."
