Crowd Pleasers! The Top Crowds From Saturday's Games

By Sam Elliott

As we do every week, we’ve pick through the stats to find out where the highest crowds were this weekend.

The FA Trophy slightly distorts things, but for a second week running the number one attendance was in the National League North.

The Yorkshire derby between York City and Bradford Park Avenue saw 2,642 come through the turnstiles.

Despite some interesting Trophy ties, the top five crowds this weekend were all in the league - with Woking v Tranmere also producing a plus-2,000 gate.

Bognor Regis’ season high of 1,371 watched them play Leyton Orient in the cup, while the National League South huge match between Dartford and Havant & Waterlooville drew, as expected, a four figure attendance.

With some big matches scheduled this weekend, where will the top crowds be?

Top 10 National League attendances:
York City v Bradford PA 2,642
