How did the teams get to the Final?
Scunthorpe United breezed through their semi-final clash with Chorley despite two goals in reply from the Magpies' man Kole Hall. A Danny Whitehall brace was followed up with goals from Callum Roberts and Carlton Ubaezuonu booked their spot.
Chester needed extra time to see off Buxton - Iwan Murray opening the scoring after two minutes before Tom Elliott pegged them back. Harrison Burke struck in extra time to see them book a semi-final place at Kidderminster Harriers.
After falling behind at Aggborough, Dylan Mottley-Henry levelled on 35 minutes before a late long-range effort from Declan Weeks saw them book a Promotion Final place.
