Barnet have already clinched the title and with it a place back in the EFL for the first time since 2018 - Dean Brennan says they only have the 100-point mark to tick off to make it a season to remember.
Of course, AFC Fylde and Ebbsfleet United have already had their relegations confirmed with two more from Dagenham & Redbridge, Wealdstone or Maidenhead United set to join them.
Here's a rundown of everything that could be decided on Monday...
Relegation
Dagenham & Redbridge have hit form at the right time and another win for Lewis Young's side at Solihull Moors would see them safe and would condemn Maidenhead to relegation.
The Magpies will be hoping for a Solihull Moors win - realistically they need the Daggers to lose in the West Midlands AND win their tie against Boston United to have any hope of survival.
Wealdstone also have their eyes on survival. Due to their much poorer goal difference, the Stones know a win against FC Halifax Town is their most likely chance of staying up.
A win for Dagenham & Redbridge and Braintree Town getting a point against Rochdale would condemn both Wealdstone and Maidenhead to Step 2 football regardless of their own results.
Play-Offs
The play-off picture is pretty simple going into the final day - winner takes all.
Gateshead and Southend United are the only two sides in contention for the last play-off spot - they meet each other at the Gateshead International Stadium.
The situation is pretty simple for both sides - a win will ensure they are in the play-offs. A draw will also do for Southend United who could finish as high as fifth depending on other results.
York City and Forest Green Rovers have already confirmed home semi-final ties - they will take place on Tuesday 20 May and Wednesday 21 May respectively.
Rochdale are the only other side sure of their fate - the Dale secured fourth place on Tuesday night and have guaranteed a home tie on Thursday 15 May against the side who finish seventh.
Oldham Athletic, FC Halifax and Southend United all have their eyes on fifth and with it a home Eliminator on Wednesday 14 May against the side who finish sixth.
