Wilkin's Delight At Best Brackley Win Of Season

Brackley Town boss Kevin Wilkin says his side's 3-0 win away at Darlington, showed exactly why they are challenging for promotion.

“I am pleased with the result of course but especially with the manner of the win, I put it up their as the best one,” said Wilkin to the club's website, writes Tom Feaheny.

“It was a strong team performance. There are individual performances of high quality I could single out but today it was a really strong collective effort in all departments."

Town moved up to third with the victory and Wilkin wants them to carry the momentum on.

"We need now to capitalise on this run of three wins and to keep this going and perhaps hope to close that gap at the top.”
