White: Darlington Side Are Ready For Salford Clash

Darlington have their rearranged game take place against Salford City with assistant manager Alan White saying the side will show no fear.

It has been a stop start few weeks for the side due to the weather and lack of cup action, as they next take on the league leaders, writes Tom Feaheny.

"We've had a bit of a break, a quiet little spell but it's given us a chance to get some of the lads back to fitness, we've worked on things and now we are ready for Salford,"

"Looking ahead to the game, we know the quality we are facing but the changes we have made means we have the confidence to give it a real good go.

"We will be positive going into this game, but we won't be silly, we will know when we need to sit back and when is best to attack."

White believes a good result on Sunday could have a big impact.

"It is all about the belief we want to have, a win against them could really give some of the players that confidence to start a winning run."
