Turnbull Home Fortress Key This Season

After four games the Quakers are unbeaten with three wins and a draw, with Turnbull now saying they must continue to use home advantage when they play at Blackwell Meadows.

Phil Turnbull says their good start to the season can get even better thanks to their home form, writes Tom Feaheny.

They next face AFC Telford United at their own ground, as they look to make it four wins from five and stay unbeaten.

The captain of the side told the club's website the importance of picking up results when they are the hosts.

"The first four games are gone, this is a brand new game, we have to win our home games, the fanbase we have, the noise they make, we are aiming for three points from those matches.

He added "We know that if we can keep this points tally going of 2.5 a game we will be laughing."

An unbeaten start has seen them face some tough sides, something that has pleased the skipper.

"We have played Salford and York both of them will be there or there about, then we have also had Alfreton Town, they have invested in the squad, we have had four tough games, so can be really pleased with the points total that we have."
