Shaymen Bring In Oliver

Vanarama National League club FC Halifax Town have announced the signing of defender or midfielder Connor Oliver from National League North side North Ferriby United on a one-year deal.

The 23-year-old started his career with Sunderland, progressing through the youth ranks at the Stadium of Light.

He also had a loan spell at Hartlepool United in the 2013/14 season.

Oliver joined Blackpool in January 2015, making ten appearances before a loan move up the coast to Morecambe in March 2016.

He joined North Ferriby last summer and played in twenty-six times last season.

He was recently part of Jamie Vardy`s V9 Academy.
