Rememberance Services For Trevor Horsley

Details for the remembrance of Trevor Horsley have been released.

The popular former Forest Green Rovers chairman passed away on Monday after a long illness aged 63.

He was instrumental in the growth of the Nailsworth based Gloucestershire club from the early 90’s and will be remembered with much admiration by many associated not only with the club itself; but a multitude of people across the football world.

Through his connections with the National League, whom he served from 2001 through to 2007 as a Board Director.

His wish to advise of the following arrangements in place to allow friends and colleagues to pay their respects:

Friday 29th March at 12 noon:

A full service in celebration of his life, relating to his work and football will be held at:

Forest Green Rovers FC
The New Lawn, Another Way,
Nailsworth, Glos. GL6 OET.

Tuesday 2nd April at 10.20am:

A service of Committal and Cremation will be held at:

Lawnswood Crematorium
Otley Road, Leeds. LS16 6AH

Please be advised it is requested that formal dress should be worn at either ceremony but not necessarily black in colour.

Family flowers only with any donations being made to Cancer Research.
