Pinney Quick To Find A New Home

It was announced on this site on Wednesday that Nathaniel Pinney had left Eastbourne Borough by mutual consent.

He wasn`t without a club for long, however, as league rivals St Albans City were quick to snap up his services.

Pinney joined Boro back in December 2014 from Kingstonian, for whom he signed the previous summer from Tonbridge Angels, where he made thirteen appearances in the 2013/14 season, scoring 3 times.

He started his career at Crystal Palace after progressing through the youth ranks and enjoyed a number of loan spells, notably with Dagenham & Redbridge, Braintree Town and Ebbsfleet United.

He settled at Carshalton Athletic before being snapped up by Eastbourne.

In his three seasons at Priory Lane, Pinney netted 36 times in 116 appearances.
