Moyses: Work In Progress Alfreton Expect Tough Town Game

Alfreton Town boss Chris Moyses says his side know what to expect ahead of facing another side fighting for promotion.

Alfreton lost at the weekend to top of the table Salford City and now go up against the team who are second in the league, writes Tom Feaheny.

"I don't think we will be making any drastic changes, we have a way and we need to keep working on that way and it will keep getting better and better and we can look at the positives from the Salford game and build on those," Moyses told the club's website.

"They are another side right up there and they are a great footballing side, it will be tough at their place and we are expecting a tough game."

After several weeks at the club, some important points have been picked up but Moyses says they know they are not the finished article yet.

"We are still a work in progress and we are working hard to get things right and we are getting there. I was pleased with the lads and how they applied themselves. But we will get there and we are getting better, it's a project here and it is coming together slowly."
