Moore & Spetch Re-sign for Poole

Corby Moore and Will Spetch have re-signed for Poole Town.

Despite being described as a midfielder, Moore played all his games last season in the left-back position.

He was outstanding and was recognised by manager Tom Killick as his player of the year at the end of season awards in May 2017.

Moore (pictured) is an ex-member of the Southampton academy, and spent time in the USA playing for Indy Eleven.

He came back to the UK to play for Forest Green Rovers in January 2015.

He originally joined the Dolphins on a one-month loan from Forest Green in September 2015.

After his loan spell expired, he played for a number of clubs before linking up with the Dolphins for the second time in 2016.

Moore made his second debut for Poole as a late sub against former club Chelmsford City. That match ended 4-0 to the Dolphins and he played in almost every match for the rest of the 2016/17 season.

Poole have also re-signed defender Will Spetch.

Spetch made his way through the youth sides at Poole to become a vital cog in the impressive defence which has served the club well.

Spetch was named players` player of the year and also won fans` player of the year at the annual awards evening in 2012/13.

He left Tatnam for Sutton United at the start of 2013/14 season. He suffered a long-term injury early in the season that limited his playing time. A protracted recovery ended with Will returning to Poole midway through the 2014/15 season

He has an impressive left foot and in Michael Walker's absence has been partnering captain Jamie Whisken in the centre of the defence.

During Spetch's time at Poole, he has played in almost every position, scoring vital goals and has been used as a striker on occasion.
