Mellon Frustrated Despite Tranmere's Late Point

Tranmere Rovers boss Micky Mellon says his side had the chances to claim the win at Barrow.

A penalty scored in added time, saw Rovers leave Barrow with a point, who now sit eighth in the table, Tom Feaheny.

“We had numerous chances and we’ll be disappointed that we haven’t taken them," Mellon told the club's website.

“You have to be good enough to take those chances, on this occasion we weren’t. But we were good enough to create at least five clear cut chances.

“In every away game, you respect a point, but we’re definitely disappointed we didn’t get the win.”
