McGregor Wants Weston To Go On Super Run

Weston-Super-Mare boss Marc McGregor says making it four unbeaten in the league is crucial as they look to move closer to the play-off places.

Weston-Super-Mare made it three unbeaten in the league with back to back wins after defeating East Thurrock United last weekend they next host Eastbourne Borough, writes Tom Feaheny.

"Making it back to back wins in this league is very important, we now go for three and the aim is to climb up the league as quickly as we can," McGregor told the club's website.

"We have a long-way to go, the aim to get somewhere by Christmas, then we may add one or two if they are the right kind of players to come in."

Speaking on their dramatic 4-3 win against East Thurrock, McGregor took plenty of positives from it.

"It was a weird game, we are exciting to say the least! We scored four and it should have been a bit easier really, the character of the lads was great
