Life Of Riley Is All About Billericay Town

Keith Riley has won Volunteer of the Month for Billericay Town in the Vanarama National League South.

Keith is a familiar face to anyone visiting the AGP Arena as he is one of the first people to greet supporters as they come through the turnstiles.

Keith almost single-handily runs the club’s matchday 50-50 draw and will greet all spectators with his ticket books.

Every entrant is wished a cheery “good luck” as they move on their way.

Keith’s mantra is to be out early (regardless of the weather conditions) and stay until kick off and his success is measured with pay outs to recent winners.

This season, he has taken on the role of Match Secretary for away games.

This includes contacting the home team and compiling team sheets and programme information. He fits this around his job, carefully planning his days off to coincide with the Club’s fixtures.
