Kenny Calls It A Day While Fleet Get A New Forward In

It’s been a day of mixed emotions at Ebbsfleet United as one favourite leaves and the club bag a prolific striker.

Defender Kenny Clark has left Stonebridge Road having joined back in 2014 and now joins Dagenham’s battle to stay in the National League.

He tweeted: “All good things must come to an end. What an amazing 4 1/2 years it has been at @EUFC.

“I want to thank everyone at the club from players, staff and fans for the great times. We made some great memories.”

Now despite scoring four goals against FC Halifax on Saturday, forward Cody McDonald has signed for the Fleet.

The deadly former Gillingham striker has been without a club since leaving AFC Wimbledon in the summer.

Manager Garry Hill has confirmed he will wear the number seven shirt.
