Hyde Agrees To Join Magpies

Maidenhead United have announced they have agreed terms with Jake Hyde, who will sign from July 1st when his current contract expires.

Hyde, born in Maidenhead, will join up with the Magpies after his contract runs out with Sky Bet League Two side Stevenage.

The 6’ 1” striker started his career at Swindon Town but sprung to prominence with Barnet, scoring 32 goals over two spells.

With over 200 career appearances the 26-year old adds Football League experience to Maidenhead’s frontline and an eye for goal, having also scored 11 times at York City.

He has also served Hayes & Yeading United and Scottish sides Lochee United, Dunfermline Athletic and Dundee.
