Harrison Crowned Manager Of The Month For October

Hartlepool United`s Craig Harrison has been awarded October`s manager of the month award for the Vanarama National League.

It was a difficult start to life in the National League for Pools.

Following relegation for the Monkey Hangers, pressure grew on new manager Craig Harrison to restore the fortunes of all connected with them.

After a tough start, the Pools have found their feet in the fifth tier.

Harrison’s men moved six places up the National League table during October, with sights now firmly set on catching the top seven.

The division is proving to be difficult to call and- with just six points separating the top twelve clubs- Craig must be very pleased with Hartlepool’s progress after three months in charge.
