Harding Focused On Job In Hand Ahead Of Rocks Test

Ben Harding admits he has no idea how long he will be in temporary charge of affairs at Truro City, writes Tom Scott.

The 33-year-old will be chasing a first win of the season on Tuesday night when his side entertain Chippenham Town at Plainmoor.

Harding said to BBC Radio Cornwall, “It’s in the chairman’s hands. I’m just doing a job until I’m told otherwise and will do it to the best of my ability.”

“It was an eye-opener and a really good experience. We were unfortunate not to come away with the three points,” he added after City’s 2-2 draw with East Thurrock United.

The midfielder is in charge of first team affairs after Lee Hodges’ resignation last week after one game of the new season.
