By Steve Whitney

Guiseley AFC have confirmed that striker James Roberts` loan from SkyBet League One side Oxford United has been extended until the end of the season.

He has scored 3 goals in the seven games he has so far played for the Lions following his temporary switch from the Kassam Stadium.

The Stoke Mandeville-born player started his career in the youth team at Wycombe Wanderers.

He moved on to Oxford United in 2012 and he has since had loan spells at Chester FC, Oxford City (twice), Barnet and Stalybridge Celtic.
