Wilkinson Won't Give Up Stones Fight For The Play-Offs

Wealdstone manager Bobby Wilkinson says his side have what it takes to fight to get into the play-off places.

While progression to the semi-final of the FA Trophy was secured last weekend now attention is back on league matters, writes Tom Feaheny.

Despite being eight points off the top seven places, with games in hand there is still time for the side to make it.

They are hoping their game against Oxford City goes ahead tomorrow.

"If we win two or three games we are in there and we will keep fighting until the last game to get in them play-offs," Wilkinson told the club's website.

"We showed we can handle pressure last week, everyone showed the belief that this club has and we know we can do this.

"There are two games for us back to back at home, we have to take advantage of that."
