Cliff Comes In As Pemberton Gets Down To Work

Cliff Moyo is new Kidderminster Harriers manager John Pemberton’s first signing.

The defender, 26, rejected the chance to stay at Guiseley to play at Aggborough next season.

He won four awards at the end of the last campaign and Pemberton was quick to bring him to the club.

Fans are still waiting to see if striker Joe Ironside will be turning out of them in the National League North next season.

He is thinking over a new deal but the new boss hinted at EFL interest.

“I have spoken to Joe, he is a player I know well,” Pemberton said.

“He is obviously a good player and we have offered him what we think it a very good contract. He has had a few offers and we are now waiting on a decision from him.

“Hopefully it will be positive but if he gets the chance to play in the Football League then you have to respect that and say well done to everyone at Kidderminster.”
