Bulls' Cup Exit Has Richards Plotting Big Changes

Richards joined the Bulls last week and his first game in charge wasn't a memorable one as his side crashed out of the FA Cup to Welling.

Speaking to the club's YouTube channel after the game, the new boss admitted that he wasn't impressed with what he saw.

"We've got a lot of work to do," he said. "We've been brought in to take this club to where it wants to be and that's going to take a bit of time.

"There were glimpses there that were pleasing but overall, it wasn't good enough. We've got a bit of work to do.

"We were confident we could get something out of the game but we didn't show enough heart or enough energy."

New managers often make changes and Richards was no difference - moving on Jennison Myrie-Williams in the week.

And after losing in his first outing at Edgar Street, he's already plotting new arrivals.

"I'm disappointed, it's not how I want my teams to play and we'll be doing something about that.

"100% there will be changes. We need to ensure we've got the right characters as well as the right players at the club.
