Rocks Take Stones Midfielder On Loan

Midfielder Jack Paxman has joined East Thurrock United on a month`s loan from National League side Maidstone United.

The 23-year-old is no stranger to Rookery Hill as he is a local Stanford-le-Hope lad, who came through the youth set-up at Southend United.

On his release by the Seasiders, Paxman had spells with Chelmsford City, East Thurrock and Witham Town before being snapped up by Maidstone in the spring of 2014.

He has since made over 100 appearances for the Stones.

Paxman goes into the squad for tomorrow's home game with Hemel Hempstead Town.
