Miller Knows About Importance Of Spennymoor Victory

Spennymoor Town assistant Tommy Miller says going to another play-off rival and gaining victory is crucial as they moved six points clear in the play-off zone.

A hard-fought 2-1 win at Bradford Park Avenue who could have overtaken them with victory, left Town celebrating at full-time, as they now focus on the FA Trophy, but knew it was a three points they could be proud of, writes Tom Feaheny.

"We knew it would be tough, we dug in put bodies on the line and deserved the win," Miller said to the club's website.

"They put pressure on us at the end, but we deserved the win, we had chances, to get six points off them was massive.

"This is another win that shows the mindset and mentality is fantastic and long may it continue."
