Jansen Confident Results Will Come For Chorley

Chorley boss Matt Jansen says the way his side are playing means they will pick up the points needed as they aim for the play-off places.

It is now four without a win for the Magpies although they have drawn three of those games, writes Tom Feaheny.

"I'm excited with how we are playing, if we keep performing like that and take our chances, we can get the points on the board," Jansen told the club's website.

"We need wins, we keep getting into good areas, I thought we were the dominant team and just couldn't get the goal in our last game and in some of the matches before.

"We played a team who are unbeaten at home in 11 and pushed them at FC United of Manchester, we just need to keep that going."

They next take on Gainsborough Trinity and Jansen says their recent loss to the side can be used as added motivation,

"To lose to them the way we did, again it was a good performance and we were a bit unlucky but we know what to expect."
