Jack Of All Trades Eamon Is A Real Winner

Eamon Cranstone has won Volunteer of the Month for Hungerford Town in the Vanarama National League South.

Eamon is the Hungerford Town’s “Jack of all Trades”; there to do whatever needs doing on match days, come rain or shine.

This includes looking after the car parking for visitors, welcoming the opposition’s players and officials and supporters of both clubs.

His journey to Bulpit Lane is a walk of several miles from his home but he’s there every game.

Eamon is always ready and willing to do any jobs at short notice if anyone is away, such as manning the turnstiles.

He is a true Non-League volunteering hero in every sense of the word and gives up his time generously to help his club compete at this high level of football.
