Impressive Austin Signs New Kidderminster Deal

Kidderminster Harriers have confirmed that Sam Austin has extended his future at Aggborough by signing a new contract.

Austin, still only 21, first signed for Harriers in the summer of 2016 from Burton Albion.

His tireless performances and versatility have established him as not only one of the key members of the squad, but also one of the most popular.

He’s edged his way more and more into the first-team picture, too. Making 65 appearances in total, he’s already started 17 games this term compared to just nine last time around.

Austin’s new deal at Aggborough keeps him at the club until the end of the 2018/19 season.

Chairman Colin Gordon told his club`s official website: “What can you say about Sam Austin? He’s the most consistent footballer we’ve got.

“He loves his work and is in every day – he doesn’t want to go home!

“If work-rate and desire equals having a good career then Sammy Austin is destined for great things”.
