Edinburgh Delighted With How Orient Managed Fylde Win

Justin Edinburgh says his team put in a performance that warranted victory, after his side defeated AFC Fylde.

The O's were facing a team in fine form at home, with Macauley Bonne getting another goal and that was enough for them to win, writes Tom Feaheny.

"It was a strong performance, we weren't troubled, the players were excellent and we got what we deserved," Edinburgh told the club's website.

"We kept the same team from the match against Tranmere Rovers, I thought it was a balanced selection, we did well.

"It was a tough game again, both teams went for it, we have beaten a team on a very good run, we managed the game really well.

"What pleases me most is on another day we could have got a couple more goals."
