Rangers Ready To Show Billericay What They Can Do

Sammy Moore believes his Concord Rangers side have what it takes to put one over Essex rivals Billericay - but they will have to keep Jake Robinson quiet!

The Blues striker scored four times on the opening day at Truro City.

So well did Billericay play that it would have been a cricket score had it not been for the opposition keeper.

Moore’s side started promisingly themselves and head to the AGP Arena with a 2-0 win over Gloucester under their belts.

But the manager knows they are taking on one of the title favourites.

He said: “We go there on Tuesday with confidence and knowing that if we play well we have a chance.

“We showed a lot of desire on Saturday and it was a tremendous result. The first game is always tough but we came through it.

“I was happy with a lot of what we did. It’s a big step in the right direction but Billericay will be a big test.”
